Tina Bourge Nee Scurlock

Tina Bourge, nee Scurlock, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Officer at Kautex Textron since October 2013. Prior to this role, Tina held positions as an HR Manager at LLECHWEN HALL HOTEL LIMITED and a Personnel Manager at Waldon Ltd, contributing to the automotive industry. Starting their career as an Administration Apprentice at Valley Mill Motors and advancing to a Wages/Administration Assistant at Moreplas Sales, Tina has developed a solid foundation in HR practices, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Tina is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with additional qualifications in leadership and management from Bridgend College.
