Tobias Hall

Tobias Hall is an experienced Development Engineer specializing in composite materials at Kautex Textron since October 2021, with prior roles including Master Thesis Student and Student Intern in innovation. Prior to this, Tobias served as a Student Research Assistant at the Institut für Kunststoffverarbeitung (IKV) in Industrie und Handwerk at RWTH Aachen from April 2019 to September 2021, focusing on testing processes for liquid impregnation, compression, and injection molding, as well as recycling of SMC components. Earlier experience includes a Student Intern position at Mercedes-Benz AG, where tasks involved tensile testing and design of test specimens, in addition to a previous research assistant role at IKV. Tobias also contributed to the Ecurie Aix Formula Student Team from October 2013 to April 2015 in chassis design and project planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Production Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from RWTH Aachen University.
