Uma Maheswari

Uma Maheswari is the Head of Innovation & Talent Management at Kauvery Hospital Chennai since October 2019. Prior to that, Uma worked as a Talent Management Specialist at the same company. Uma also has experience as a Software Engineer at companies like Nokia Siemens Networks, Hewlett-Packard, and Microsoft. In 2019, Uma earned a degree in EPHRM in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
