Helio R. has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Helio started their career in 2013 as a Finance Analyst of Supply Network Operations at Procter & Gamble, where they demonstrated their knowledge as an Industrial Engineer in logistics. Helio then moved on to Emerson Process Management in 2016, working as a Financial Planning Analyst, responsible for managing budgets and providing financial information to the CEO and CFO. In the same year, they also worked at Linio México as a Warehouse, Inverse Logistics & Payments Manager, overseeing reception, storage, and distribution operations. From 2017 onwards, Helio joined Kavak.com, holding different roles including Warehouse, Logistic & Post-Sales Senior Manager, Head of Finance and Accounting, Business Performance & FP&A Director, Vice President of Sales Operations, and currently, Vice President of Product Management. In these roles, they led various strategic and operational functions, including finance, accounting, product management, and sales operations.

Helio R. completed a Certificate in advanced studies in Production Management at Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 2014. Prior to that, Helio R. obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university from 2008 to 2013.
