Georgina Martí Villalonga has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Georgina started their career as a Sales Retail at Fred Perry Store (Covent Garden) in 2012. Later, they worked at Fred Perry as a Técnica en Logística and Técnica en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Georgina joined CR Bard as an HR Assistant in 2013, where they were involved in various HR projects and tasks. In 2014, they moved to Novartis as an HR Talent Management & Organization Development, where they handled talent management processes, career fairs, training, and e-learning development. After that, they joined Medcom Tech as an HR Specialist, where they managed recruitment, training coordination, job evaluation, and employee satisfaction. Currently, they are the People Director at Kave Home.
Georgina Martí Villalonga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Universitat de Girona in 2011. Georgina then pursued a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they completed in 2021. In 2013, Georgina Martí Villalonga attended Universitat de Barcelona, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
