Rajesh Inbasekaran

Rajesh Inbasekaran has a diverse range of work experience. Rajesh began their career at Indian Railways, where they worked on reporting automation from 1998 to 2002. Rajesh then moved on to Thinksoft Global Services as a Senior Test Engineer in 2004. After that, they worked at Ugam Solutions as an Assistant Manager, leading a team of online survey programmers in the health domain.

In 2006, Rajesh joined Genpact India as a Business Manager until 2008. Rajesh then joined Kavi Global, where they held various roles. Rajesh started as a Leader of Solutions Delivery, responsible for designing and delivering complex analytic solutions in the transportation industry. Rajesh also managed project management, tracking and reporting operational metrics, and supported new client acquisition and relationship management.

In 2012, Rajesh was promoted to Vice President of Research Design & Development at Kavi Global. In this role, they continued to contribute extensively to the company's success until March 2022. Starting in April 2022, Rajesh became the Chief Technology Officer and Global Delivery Leader at Kavi Global.

Additionally, Rajesh has recently taken on the position of Chief Executive Officer at Kavi India, starting in December 2022.

Rajesh Inbasekaran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University in the field of Computer Science from 2000 to 2001. Before that, Rajesh earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Madras, majoring in Commerce, Economics, and Accountancy from 1997 to 2000. Rajesh'seducation journey began at SBOA Junior College, where they pursued Business/Commerce, General from 1995 to 1997.
