Reimar von Meding

Reimar von Meding is the Chief Executive Officer of KAW architecten, where a strong focus on affordable housing, urban planning, healthcare, and sustainability is emphasized. As a managing partner and executive board member, Reimar contributes to the architectural quality of KAW's projects and engages in publications and lectures on various architectural topics. In addition to leading the company since December 2004, Reimar co-initiated Reimarkt, the world’s first B2C retail concept for sustainable renovation of private homes. Previous roles include facilitating innovative housing experiments as head of the Woningbouwatelier Almere, being an active partner at Nirov, and serving in project architect positions at KAW and other firms. Reimar holds an Ir. degree from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from FH Münster.
