Juan Bautista Marini

Juan Bautista Marini is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Kawa Capital Management since May 2024. Additionally, Juan serves as an advisor for the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at FIU since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an investment banking analyst at HSBC from January 2023 to May 2024, focusing on leveraged and acquisition finance, and a summer analyst position in credit trading at BNP Paribas in mid-2022. Juan also held the position of equity research analyst at Romero Capital earlier in 2022 and has demonstrated leadership as president and vice president of the Association for Information Systems at FIU from January 2021 to April 2022. In 2021, Juan participated in the Analyst Prep Program with Romero Mentoring, aimed at developing skills for a career in finance. Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Business Data Analytics from Florida International University and attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola for earlier education.
