Heather Cushing-Gordon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently employed by Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board since August 2022 and serving as Clinical Director of Autism Services at ConnexHealth Inc. since May 2020. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor at Little Treasures Learning Centre, Behavior Analyst at Markham Psychologists, and Supervising Therapist at Surrey Place Centre, where collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams was key to supporting school-age children and youth. Heather's experience also encompasses consulting as a Clinical Consultant for Behavior Intervention & Training Autism Services, supervising therapists at Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre, and providing intensive behavior intervention at Adventure Place.
