Carlo Danesi

Carlo Danesi is a highly experienced professional in the rail and transportation industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Quality at Kawasaki Rail Car since August 2009, with a robust history in project management and quality assurance. Danesi's career includes significant roles such as Director of Projects and Project Manager, notably overseeing WMATA’s 7000 series project. Prior to Kawasaki, Danesi held the position of Director at Non-Car Engineering, leading the establishment of a new department and managing subway car contracts. With a strong track record in quality management at both Bombardier Transportation and Union Pacific Railroad, Danesi has achieved substantial operational improvements and cost reductions throughout their career. Educational credentials include a BS in Engineering and Civil Engineering from Marquette University, and a certificate in Balanced Scorecard from Pepperdine University.
