Indonesian Citizen, 50 years old, graduated with a Master degree in Medical Science from University of Indonesia. Serves as the Company’s Director since 2018 until now pursuant to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders on May 31, 2018, effective as of the closing of the Annual GMS until the closing of the Annual GMS in 2021. Mr. Basuri has been President Director of PT. Jababeka Morotai.
