Andrew Haley

Andrew Haley is an IT Education Analyst at Kaweah Delta Medical Center since October 2011, focusing on educating clinical staff in the effective use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an Application Analyst I, supporting clinical staff in the implementation and utilization of Clinical Systems. From May 1998 to October 2011, Andrew was the Owner of Physician Computer Services, where design, installation, and support of Practice Management systems were provided to small physician offices, enhancing patient care efficiency. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Communication from The Master's University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
