Emily Neely

Emily Neely is an attorney at Kay Casto & Chaney PLLC since September 2023 and serves as Project Coordinator for the West Virginia Restorative Justice Project from June 2022. Previously, Emily worked as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Legal Aid of West Virginia from September 2021 to August 2023, and completed summer legal internships at Frankovitch Anetakis Simon Decapio & Pearl in May 2020 and at Legal Aid of West Virginia in June 2019. Emily earned a Doctor of Law (JD) in Public Interest from West Virginia University College of Law (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from West Virginia University (2014-2018).
