Jason Salmon

Jason Salmon has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jason is currently employed as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Kay Properties & Investments since 2022. Previously, they worked at Kay Properties & Investments – KPI 1031 from 2015 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Research. Before that, they served as the Vice President - Capital Markets / Director - 1031 Exchange Program at Four Springs Capital LLC from 2011 to 2015. Jason has also worked as the Department Head at Reis, Inc. from 2004 to 2011, as the Director of Real Estate at Applied Analysis in 2003, as the Project Manager at RCG Economics LLC in 2002, as a Research Associate – New Construction at Reis | Commercial Real Estate Data and Analytics from 2001 to 2002, and as a Senior Research Analyst at RealtyIQ from 1998 to 2001.

Jason Salmon attended the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1996 without completing a specific degree or field of study.
