Landon Luchtel

Landon Luchtel is an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate and finance. As the Owner of AZ Home Buyer since January 2006, Landon provides homeowners with alternatives to traditional home sales. Additionally, since January 2011, Landon has been involved in private lending with Kayak Capital, LLC, which specializes in fast, asset-based funding for real estate investors in the Phoenix area. Landon holds a BA in Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and an earlier BA in Management from Buena Vista University.
