Brian Gagne

Brian Gagne has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Brian began their career as a Software Engineer at Dirig Software in 1998, where they developed UI, database, reporting, and installer aspects for the company's product solutions. Brian then joined Starbak Communications in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on middleware and database development for the "Manage" component of their distributed INV solution. In 2006, they joined Veracode as a Principal Engineer, working on the development of the online SecurityReview solution. Since 2007, Brian has been at KAYAK, starting as a Software Architect and later advancing to Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently holding the position of VP Technology.

Brian Gagne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fitchburg State University in the years 1996 to 1999. Brian is also a Certified Scrum Master, having completed their certification through Scrum Alliance in 2021.
