Mona Monica Kattan is the Founder and CEO of KAYALI, a luxury niche fragrance brand that blends Middle Eastern heritage with American influences, aiming to empower individuals through self-love and fragrance. In addition to leading KAYALI since January 2017, Kattan serves as an Advisory Board Member at The Retail Summit and a Creative Council Board Member at Waldencast. Kattan has also made significant contributions as an investor in various companies, including Fresha, Humantra, The Luxury Closet, Inc., and Kitopi. Kattan holds a BS in Finance from the American University of Sharjah and has appeared as a co-star in Netflix’s Dubai Bling. Active in professional networks, Kattan is a member of YPO Mena Star and maintains a role as Co-Founder, President, and Board Member at HB Investments.
