Edward Green has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Edward started their career as a Cashier/Stock Room Clerk at Sur La Table in 2009 and then moved on to work as a Catia V5 Drafter/Designer at CDI Aerospace from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as an R&D Technologist at Sweet Ovations, where they created fruit fillings, followed by a role as an Applications Food/Beverage Assistant at Ottens Flavors in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, Edward was a Food Scientist at La Colombe Coffee Roasters, where they oversaw distillery operations and the R&D Department. Edward then worked as a Lab Lead at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) from 2017 to 2018 before becoming a Lab Manager at Vireo Health, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Edward is employed as a Laboratory Scientist at Kaycha Labs from 2021 onwards.
Edward Green attended Drexel University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Science with a minor in Culinary Arts. In 2012, they also received a ServSafe Certification from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
