Erica Troy

Erica Troy has a rich work experience, starting with their current role as Laboratory Director at Kaycha Labs since January 2022. Prior to that, they were also a Laboratory Director at Eurofins Environment Testing America from August 2020 to January 2022. Within the same company, they also served as an Inorganics Technical Director from October 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Eurofins, Erica worked at Eurofins Spectrum Analytical, where they held various managerial positions. These included Quality Assurance Manager from January 2019 to August 2020, Metals Department Manager from September 2018 to December 2018, Semivolatile Department Manager from June 2017 to September 2018, and Metals Assistant Manager from December 2010 to June 2017.

Erica Troy pursued their education at Siena College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Creating a High Performance Culture" from LinkedIn in July 2022.
