Gisela Frenkel

Gisela Frenkel has extensive experience in human resources and career coaching. Currently serving as a Facilitator and Career Coach at JDC (The Joint) since September 2024 and as an Occupational Facilitator at Kav Mashve since February 2024, Gisela also runs a consulting business focused on career coaching, executive consulting, and HR consulting since September 2019. Gisela has held significant HR management roles, including HR Manager at Kaye Academic College of Education, Human Resources Manager at מ.ח.ע, and HR Manager at The Environmental Services Company Ltd. Gisela's earlier experience includes recruitment and organizational consulting roles at various firms. Gisela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Management, and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with additional qualifications in Adlerian coaching and payroll administration.
