Jana Attaway Swenke is a Managing Director at Kaye/Bassman with 28+ years of experience co-leading the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Recruiting & Search Practice.

Jana graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry and joined Kaye/Bassman. Over the years, Jana and her practice partner, Tiffany Caldwell, skillfully placed thousands of candidates with diverse pharmaceutical corporations, clinical research organizations, and biotechnology firms. Among many awards earned, the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Practice earned Kaye/Bassman Top Performance, company-wide.
