After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Angelo State University, Trey Wright served in the Proprietary School industry for 13 years in various Sr. Management capacities. His positions have included Financial Aid Manager, Director of Admissions, Campus Director, Regional Director of Admissions and Regional Director of Career Services. His program familiarity includes: Allied Health, Business & Technology, and the Trades, among others.
In the mid 1990’s, he took a brief hiatus from the Career College sector and worked as a Technology Recruiter for General Electric. As the technology boom slowed in the early 2000’s, Trey re-entered the Career College industry. Within a few years it was obvious that this sector of the education industry was being underserved from a recruiting perspective. In 2007 he and a partnership group launched Infinity Recruiting & Staffing, LLC. The group placed an enormous footprint within several of the nation’s premier post-secondary, for-profit education groups.
In 2013, Trey took a buy-out at Infinity Recruiting and was quickly acquired by Kaye/Bassman International. Today he serves as a Practice Leader for Kaye/Bassman’s Higher Education Recruiting Practice. Trey’s experience has granted him a strong expertise for the education industry and has enabled the practice to grasp the advantage of market mastery and search accuracy, bringing constant success to the name and services.
