Scott Charlwood

Scott Charlwood has over 30 years of experience in distribution, logistics, and operations management. Scott'smost recent role was as the Director of Distribution and Logistics at Kayem Foods, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President Operations at NOVA Coldstore Corp. from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, they held various senior management positions at The Town Dock, including Senior Director of Operations and Logistics, Director of Narragansett Operations and Logistics, and Director of Logistics from 2016 to 2021. Scott also worked as the Director of Logistics at Tanya Creations, LLC from April 2014 to August 2016. Before transitioning into logistics, Scott worked at Staples as a Manager Delivery Support Systems, Project Manager - Logistics, and Team Manager - Outbound Shipping from 2007 to 2014. Scott started their career at FedEx Express and Roadway Express as an Operations Manager from 1991 to 2007.
