Niels Verbeek

Niels Verbeek has an extensive work experience in the financial sector. In 2002, they began their career as an Associate at Merrill Lynch. Two years later, they joined Nomura International as an Executive Director and Vice President. In 2015, they were a Freelance Advisor and held roles as a Financial Services Advisory and Independent Consultant at NV Services Ltd. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at NV Advisory Services and a Senior Financial Analyst at Concord Equity International. In 2018, they were the CFO at Varissa.com and in 2019 they became a Structured Fund Specialist at MARKET SECURITIES LLP. Currently, they are a Product Development Engineer at Kayenta, an industry leader in financial treasury management software for the hedge fund industry.

Niels Verbeek obtained an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2003. Niels also obtained an MBA - Finance certification from the same institution in May 2001. Prior to this, they obtained a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College between 1992 and 1996, and a BA in Maths and Physics from Skidmore College between 1991 and 1995.
