Audrey Chanet has a diverse and extensive work experience. Audrey began their career in 2005 with dietician training at MGEN medical center. In 2006, they completed research training at the Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Université d'Auvergne. Audrey then joined the French National Institute for Agricultural Research in 2007, where they served as a Research Engineer and later as a Research Associate, with a grant from the French Ministry of Research, until 2012. During this time, they focused on scientific project management, literature review, and scientific communication. In 2012, they started working as a Clinical Study Coordinator at CRNH Auvergne, managing a phase II study and undertaking various responsibilities related to protein metabolism. Since 2015, Audrey has been employed at Kayentis as a Clinical Project Manager.

Audrey Chanet completed a 2-year degree in dietetics at UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE in 2004. Audrey then obtained a Master's degree in life sciences with a special option in human nutrition from the same university, with an end year of 2007. After that, Audrey completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biology with a specialization in human nutrition at UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE from 2007 to 2011. In 2013 and 2014, they attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 for training in clinical trial (DIU FIEC) in the field of Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist.
