Frederique Marion

Frederique Marion has over 20 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry. Frederique is currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Kayentis, where they are dedicated to electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) and Patient Engagement. Prior to their current role, Frederique held the position of Director of Business Development at Kayentis, specializing in eCOA and Patient Engagement solutions. Before joining Kayentis, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Banook Group, focusing on Cardiac Safety, Central Imaging, and Endpoint Adjudication. Frederique also gained experience at Quintiles as the Assistant Director of Business Development for Global Laboratory Solutions and at ICON plc as a Director of Business Development. Additionally, they served as a Business Development Executive for Europe at Synarc, where they managed and developed accounts for Global Imaging Services. Frederique began their career at MDS Pharma Services as the Director of Business Development. Their expertise includes sales prospecting, territory mapping, managing RFPs and RFIs, and collaborating with scientific leaders and service teams.

Frederique Marion pursued a Master's Degree in Chemistry at Pierre and Marie Curie University from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained a post-graduate qualification in Finance and Business Management, known as DESS, during the same academic year.
