Lead Product Owner - Software Engineering at Kayentis

Lionel Gros has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Lionel is currently working at Kayentis as the Lead Product Owner - Software Engineering since December 2022, where they oversee the software engineering team. Prior to this, from June 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Software Engineering Support Manager at Kayentis.

Before joining Kayentis, Lionel worked at KEOLABS from July 2016 to June 2020. Lionel initially joined as an R&D SW Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining various software components. Later, they became the Validation Manager, leading the creation of the Validation Team and overseeing the validation of all Keolabs products.

From September 2010 to June 2016, Lionel worked at STMicroelectronics. Here, they started as a Software Design Engineer, focusing on the development and maintenance of software components for the STxP70 processor. Later, they transitioned to the role of Technical Support Engineer, providing HW and SW support for internal and external customers.

Lionel also gained experience at Alteca as a Web Software Engineer, where they were involved in web program development and maintenance. Lionel had a brief internship at Orange Business Services as a Software Design intern.

During their early career, Lionel had internships at Institut Laue Langevin and Ifremmont, where they gained experience in SW/HW design and software development.

Overall, Lionel's work experience highlights their expertise in software engineering, including roles in product ownership, validation, development, and support.

Lionel Gros pursued their higher education from 2003 to 2005 at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc, where they obtained a DUT GEII (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Génie Électrique et Informatique Industrielle). This degree focused on electronics and industrial computing. Lionel then proceeded to enrol at Grenoble INP - UGA from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Diplômé de PHELMA. Lionel'sfield of study during this time was embedded systems and electronics, specifically in the ENSERG/PHELMA program.
