Tammy Rangila (nee Wakefield) serves as a Principal Consultant at Kayman Recruitment since October 2023, contributing to a firm with over 11 years in the industry and a track record of over 3,000 placements across various recruitment businesses. Prior to this, Tammy held multiple roles at Xcede Group from May 2019 to October 2023, culminating in a Talent Acquisition Lead position responsible for global recruitment across various business units. Tammy began at Xcede as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist and progressed through roles including Senior Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier experience includes recruitment positions at Communicate Recruitment, focusing on Freight Clearing and Forwarding, and at Kelly where responsibilities extended to strategic consulting and contingent business development. Tammy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology from the University of South Africa, with anticipated completion in December 2025.
