Natalie Hanni has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie currently holds the position of Director of Partnerships and Sales at Kaymbu, starting in November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Property Manager at Westlake Associates Inc. since August 2015.

Natalie also has experience at Teach For America, where they served as the Managing Director of Alumni Leadership & Community from July 2016 to November 2020. Before that, Natalie worked as a PreK-3rd Grade Systems Coach at Puget Sound Educational Service District from August 2014 to September 2016. Natalie'sprimary responsibilities included developing a regional PreK-3rd Grade System, providing staff development, coaching, and technical assistance to participating school districts.

Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as an Elementary School Teacher and Kindergarten Teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) from August 2009 to August 2013. Natalie also held various roles at Teach For America from June 2009 to June 2013, including Curriculum Specialist, Student Achievement Toolkit Specialist, and DC Region Corps Member.

Natalie Hanni pursued their Masters in Education Policy and Management at Harvard Graduate School of Education from August 2013 to May 2014. Natalie also gained experience as a Content Development Intern at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University from August 2013 to December 2013.

Natalie Hanni has a strong educational background with a focus on education policy and management. From 2013 to 2014, they attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Policy and Management. Before that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Early Childhood Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Natalie's undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Washington from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
