Megan Saunders

Megan Saunders is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG strategy, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of ESG at Kayne Anderson since September 2022. In this role, Megan leads the ESG strategy for a private equity real estate firm engaged in diverse asset classes. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Sustainability at Lendlease, overseeing the decarbonization strategy for significant military and lodging portfolios, and creating design strategies for new and renovated homes. Megan has held various leadership roles in sustainability, including Executive Director of the Stamford 2030 District and Director of Sustainability at PBK, where initiatives achieved notable LEED certifications and secured financial incentives.
