Gianni Nailor

Gianni Nailor is an accomplished analyst with a strong background in finance and real estate. Currently employed as an Analyst at Kayne Anderson since November 2023, Gianni previously held analyst roles at Starwood Property Trust from May 2021 to November 2023, and at Quicken Loans as an Associate Banker from September 2020 to May 2021. An early career includes an internship at the Florida Prepaid College Board and participation in industry events such as CRE Finance Council and ICSC. Gianni was recognized as a Forbes Under 30 Scholar in September 2019 and attended the Bank of America Diversity Forum in March 2018.
