Dilip Nambiar

Dilip Nambiar has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dilip started their career in 1983 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army, where they served until 2007. During their time in the army, they held various leadership roles.

In 2001, Nambiar joined the Army Group Insurance Fund as an Assistant Director. In this position, they were responsible for policy formulation, coordinating insurance claims operations, and managing HR, security, administration, and facilities. Dilip held this role until 2004.

In 2007, Nambiar joined Kaynes Technology India Pvt Limited as the Vice President of Operations. Here, they managed the Mysore plant's operations and played a key role in setting up new plants in Mysore and Manesar. Dilip also oversaw automotive electronics manufacturing, and their contribution to the company's success led to their promotion as the Senior Vice President of the Automotive Business in May 2020.

In 2018, they transitioned to KAYNES TECHNOLOGY, INDIA, where they served as the Head of Business Execution.
