Vishwas B Pai

Vishwas B Pai has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Schneider Electric in 2012. Vishwas B then worked as a CAD Engineer at HCL Technologies, specializing in HVAC product optimization and thermal imaging equipment testing. In 2015, Vishwas joined Venture Corporation Limited, where they held multiple roles, including Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Engineer in Manufacturing, and Manager, TCS. During their time at Venture Corporation, they led a team of engineers, managed key customer portfolios, and implemented lean transformation plans. In 2023, they became the Business Unit Head (Operations) at Kaynes Technology India Limited.

Vishwas B Pai completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES Institute Of Technology in the years 2008 to 2012. Vishwas B further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Technology degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in the years 2020 to 2022.
