Shon Kingrey

Shon Kingrey currently serves as the VP of Fixed Operations at Kayser Automotive Group, having joined the company in October 2022. Previously, Shon held the position of Director of Fixed Operations at Step One Automotive Group from February 2016 to October 2022 and was the Service Director at Mile One Automotive Group from January 2014 to February 2016, where service operations were directed across 17 locations. Shon has extensive experience with MSX International as a Facilitator from January 2010 to January 2014, collaborating with Toyota Motors to standardize operations nationwide. From April 2004 to January 2010, Shon was the VP of Fixed Operations at Denny Hecker Automotive Group, overseeing 26 dealerships and specializing in restructuring failing operations. Prior experience includes serving as Fixed Operations Director at Clemons Automotive from January 1994 to April 2004. Shon is a graduate of the NADA General Managers School, completing the program in 2012.
