Raha Vakili is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in recruitment, training, and development. Currently serving as Deputy HR Manager at Kayson Inc. since June 2014, Raha has held multiple leadership roles including Head of HR Training & Development and Head Of HR Recruitment, Training & Development. Prior experience includes positions as a Recruitment Specialist at ASM and Global Potential, where responsibilities involved coordinating onboarding processes and managing employee records. Prior to the HR roles, Raha was a Human Resources Development Specialist at Kayson, focusing on performance management systems, and a Project Control & Monitoring Engineer at Monenco, responsible for monthly progress and invoice reports. Raha holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from New York University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
