Khaidar Kaissarov

Khaidar Kaissarov's work experience includes a range of roles in the field of information security and technology. Khaidar started their career as a Customer Support Representative at SYKES, where they provided technical support for 3Com products. Later, they worked as a Computer Repair Technician at SentinelZorg B.V., specializing in hardware and software troubleshooting. Khaidar then joined Ak Zhol Democratic Party as a System Administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems and network infrastructure.

In 2014, Khaidar took on the role of Director at Praetorium, leading marketing strategies and fostering client relationships. Khaidar then moved on to IFCG, where they worked as a Technical Specialist in Cryptography, managing document preparations for state bodies and defining technical specifications.

Khaidar's skills and experience led him to Rating, where they served as an IT Project Manager, overseeing software development projects and proposing process optimizations. Afterward, they took on the position of Information Security Engineer at Ust-Kamenogorsk Hydropower Plant and Shulbinsk Hydropower Plant, where they established information security management systems and managed supplier relationships.

In 2019, Khaidar joined Worldwide as an Information Security Auditor and Consultant, conducting audits and developing security documentation for various organizations. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Specialist in Information Security Methodology at KAZ Minerals, where they develop and maintains information security documentation, conducts internal security audits, and ensures compliance with organizational standards.

Khaidar Kaissarov's education history includes completing a course in Computer Forensics at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained an MBO-3 degree in Economy and Administration from ROC van Twente during the years 2008-2010. Khaidar also completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2007-2008. Additionally, Khaidar has obtained several certifications in various cybersecurity and risk management disciplines, including certifications from EC-Council, FEMA, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Udemy, Swift, the Project Management Institute, BSI, and TÜV SÜD, between the years 2019 and 2024.
