Ayera Parti has been in the workforce since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Warehouse Worker at Parekh Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a Logistics Cost Analyst at DIAGAST. In 2019, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at Ayras Logistics Pvt Ltd. In 2020, they worked as a Marketing and Business Development Executive at Ayras Logistics Private Limited. Currently, they are working as a Founder's Office at KAZAM, where they are responsible for B2B sales and networking, strengthening the investor's holdings, and making operational decisions. Ayera is also writing and publishing blogs on diverse topics including industry, Electric Vehicles, news, reports, etc.

Ayera Parti has a comprehensive education history. Ayera began their formal education in 2002 at Modern Vidya Niketan in India, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. From 2016 to 2019, they attended IÉSEG School of Management and earned a Bachelor in International Business with a focus in Marketing and Operations (Warehousing and Logistics). In 2018 and 2019, they also completed an International Study Program at Pforzheim University. In 2019, they graduated from IÉSEG School of Management with a Master of Science in International Business. Ayera is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), focusing on International Trade Management. In addition to their formal education, Ayera Parti has achieved several certifications, including India's 50 Inspiring Women 2022 from Business Standard and the Educational Tour – United States Of America from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Ayera also holds the LA FIERTE DE LA FRANCE, CERTIFICAT D’EXCELLENCE (I) from Genesis Global School.
