Vaishali Singh

Vaishali Singh has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Marketing Executive at Pritbor Digital in 2018. Vaishali then transitioned to working in the CEO's office at South Mumbai Chess Academy, where they were responsible for managing press conferences, chess tournaments, and tracking press coverage. In 2019, they joined Razorpay in the Founders office, where they drove ad-hoc special projects, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and managed executive-level operations.

In 2021, Vaishali joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as a Program Manager. Vaishali played a crucial role in launching and scaling products in India, leading the ideation process, market research, partner selection, price negotiation, and go-to-market strategies. Vaishali also collaborated with multiple stakeholders to launch innovative products such as mobile screen protect and train insurance.

Following their tenure at Ola, Vaishali joined BluSmart in 2022 as a Program Manager. In this role, they identified and solved pain areas in ride allocation and system-generated vehicle assignment to driver partners. Vaishali also developed and introduced IoT solutions for rider safety and driver partner behavior tracking.

Currently, Vaishali is a Program Manager at Kazam since 2023, where they continue to contribute their expertise in program management.

Vaishali Singh completed their secondary education in science at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in 2013. Vaishali then pursued higher secondary education in science at VIVA Institute of Management and Research from 2013 to 2015. After that, they attended KC College from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Currently, Vaishali is pursuing their MBA at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), starting in 2022.
