Rachel Humble

Rachel Humble has a strong background in software engineering and technical support. Rachel started their career as a Mac Genius at Apple, where they gained experience in diagnosing software and hardware issues, providing customer service, and mentoring new team members. After their time at Apple, Rachel worked at NetSuite as a Bronto Tier 1 Support Associate, where they handled customer issues and conducted real-time software troubleshooting. Rachel was later promoted to the role of Bronto Technical Support Engineer II, where they supported Bronto's integration with the Magento commerce platform and traveled to Manila to onboard a new support team. Currently, Rachel is a Software Engineer at WorkTango Inc. and Kazoo, where they continue to apply their technical skills and contribute to software development.

Rachel Humble completed a Full-Stack Coding Bootcamp at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from North Carolina State University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Coding Full Stack Boot Camp from UNC-Chapel Hill Digital and Lifelong Learning in June 2020.
