Natasha Epstein

Natasha Epstein has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. In 2006, they began working at the Israel Ministry of Finance as Deputy Manager in the Internal Affairs and Local Government Unit. Natasha later became an Advisor to the Budget Director before transitioning to the role of Manager in the Regional Cooperation Unit. In 2011, Natasha joined the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel as a Project Manager until 2016. In 2017, they took on the position of Director at BGI Investments (1961) ltd and also worked as Head of Investment Group at KAZUAR Advanced Technologies LTD. Within the same year, they became a member of the Board of Trustees at Laniado Hospital. Most recently, Natasha co-founded and serves as CEO of Blue Water Shield since 2019.

Natasha Epstein obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Humanities from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Natasha pursued further education at the Harvard Kennedy School, completing a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from 2009 to 2010.
