Justin Mishler

Justin Mishler has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Justin has worked as the President for Air Services Heating, Cooling, and All Service Professional Plumbing and 72 Degrees Comfort Company since 2023. In 2022, they served as the President and General Manager for KB Complete Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, and as the Market Area President for Apex Service Partners. Before that, they worked as a Director of Site Development and Construction Services for Commnet Broadband from 2020 to 2022. In 2019, they were a Site Development Manager for ATN International. Prior to their civilian career, Justin had a successful military career in the US Army. Justin held various positions such as Head of Department (Program Manager), Company Commander (Director), Assistant Operations Officer (Operations Manager), Leadership Instructor, and Company Grade Officer (General Manager).

Justin Mishler attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management. In 2012, they enrolled at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, completing a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management in 2013. Additionally, they earned certifications in Military Construction Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2013 and as a Master Resiliency Trainer from the United States Army in 2012.
