Matthew Rozzi

Matt has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has expertise in management, operations, and compliance, which encompasses traditional brokerage, RIA, insurance, and banking. During his career, he has gained experience across firms ranging from start-ups to large institutions, including leading companies such as Signature Securities Group, HSBC Brokerage USA, Republic National Bank, UMTB Securities, and most recently, IDB Capital Corp. Matt also has served as a voting member on the Investment Policy Committee in the IDBNY’s Investment Management & Trust Department, which was responsible for both strategic & tactical asset allocation decisions in client portfolios.

A proven team builder, Matt has the ability to develop & execute a strategic vision using a “ground-up” approach. He has a reputation for inspiring team members and forging strong business partnerships based on a foundation of trust and integrity. Moreover, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry including investment management, operations, compliance, trading, risk management, and clearance & settlement.

Matt received his BS in Business Administration and Finance from Fordham University. He holds the Series 7, 63, 24, 53, 4, 65, as well as the NYS Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.

Outside of the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his sons in sports. His passions include music, photography, and going to sporting events & concerts.
