Tamara Shaw is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at K&B Global, Tamara focuses on driving strategic outcomes and fostering trusted partnerships with clients. Prior to this role, Tamara held significant positions at C1, including Chief Transformation Officer and VP of Transformation and Integrations, where responsibilities included guiding large-scale transformations and optimizing operations. Tamara’s earlier career spans leadership roles at Atos International and Siemens, with a strong emphasis on integrating acquisitions and enhancing service delivery.
