Carmen Zito

Carmen Zito has extensive experience in the home construction industry. Carmen worked at KB Home as both the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2015 to the present. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Rausch Coleman Homes from 2013 to 2015. Carmen also held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at HEI Construction Services from 2009 to 2012, and Executive Vice President at DevonWorth Homes from 2006 to 2008.

Carmen Zito attended the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1987, majoring in American History, but did not complete the degree. Carmen later studied at St. Mary's College from 1986 to 1988 and earned an Associate's degree in Nursing.
