Denise Lainez is a seasoned professional in land acquisition with extensive experience in the residential construction industry. Currently serving as VP of Land Acquisition at KB Home since November 2016, Denise has previously held positions including Sr. Director, Director, and Land Acquisition Manager within the same company. Prior to KB Home, Denise worked as a Land Acquisition Analyst at Meritage Homes and held the role of Controller at Centex Homes. Denise's career also includes a significant tenure as Division Controller at K. Hovnanian Homes.
