Eric Ruiz

Eric Ruiz is an accomplished professional in the purchasing and architectural design sectors, with a career spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently serving as Vice President of Purchasing at KB Home since 2017, Eric has held multiple roles including Director of Purchasing, Senior Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Plans Manager. Prior to joining KB Home, Eric spent over 14 years at Partners in Building, where responsibilities ranged from managing plan design projects to creating custom plan drawings and developing new concept designs for master planned communities. Eric's educational background includes an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Architectural Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute-Houston North.
