Jen Ankrum

Jen Ankrum has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the homebuilding industry as well as the car rental industry. Jen began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2000, where they worked as a Branch Manager for five years. In this role, they led a team of 15 and managed a fleet of approximately 225 cars. Jen'sresponsibilities included sales and marketing, employee development, and increasing profitability. Jen then transitioned to PulteGroup in 2005, where they worked as a New Home Sales Consultant for seven years. In this role, they demonstrated homes to prospective buyers, negotiated purchase agreements, and executed marketing plans to drive sales. Since 2013, Jen has been employed at KB Home. Jen started as a Regional Sales Manager and worked their way up to Director of Sales and Marketing, and eventually Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Overall, Jen has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining brand awareness.

Jen Ankrum attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
