John Nash has over two decades of experience in IT management and support. Currently serving as the Manager of Desktop Services at KB Home since January 2003, John oversees a team of approximately 20 desktop technicians who support the desktop systems for half of the users in divisions from the Denver area eastward. Prior to this role, John held the position of IT Manager at American Heritage Homes from 2000 to 2001, where responsibilities included managing the IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN communications, and Exchange environment. Earlier in his career, John was a Systems Engineer at Bay Data Consultants from 1991 to 2000, focusing on Windows systems and desktop support, as well as serving as the primary Terminal services engineer. John Nash holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from Tampa Technical Institute, completed between 1987 and 1989, and attended Melbourne Central Catholic from 1981 to 1985.
