Nick Magnini

Nick Magnini has a diverse work experience with expertise in operations, production, and construction. Nick is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at KB Home since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Production and later the Area Manager at DRB Homes from November 2017 to December 2022. Nick also owned CrossFit Surmount from January 2017 to April 2021. Before that, Nick worked at Ryan Homes, where they held various roles including Production Manager, Construction Cost Manager, Project Manager, and Production Supervisor from May 2004 to September 2017.

Nick Magnini obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with Economics from Penn State University from 2000 to 2004. Nick also holds a certification in OSHA 30 Hour from OSHA Safety Training Institute.
