Olga Perez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Perez, started their career at AT&T as a Bilingual Telephone Operator, handling calls from South America, Central America, Cuba, and the US. Perez, also served as the local operator in Costa Rica during their time there. After that, they joined Metro One Telecommunications as a Call Center Trainer, responsible for training teams in multiple states and on various phone lines. Perez then transitioned to KB Home, where they held multiple positions. Perez, initially worked as a Sales Agent for the KB HOME Buyer Club and KBHOME Finding Center. Later, they became a Sales Performance Coach, conducting structured selling classes and overseeing mystery shops. Perez, eventually served as the DFW Sales Manager, leading the sales counselors in the division and conducting motivating sales meetings. Currently, Perez holds the position of Vice President of Sales Marketing and Studio at KB Home, responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Olga Perez earned their Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree in Marketing and Management from Texas State University in 2000. Prior to that, they attended Texas Christian University from 1994 to 1996, but did not complete a degree or specific field of study.
